Our design focuses on a coastal and sea theme which includes elements that can be seenin all coastal towns and villages that are part of the Heart Trail. Elements include a fishing boat to represent theimportance of fishing in our coastal communities, and kayakers which represent the enjoyment of water sportsby both locals and visitors to the Highlands. We have also included a variety of marine life that can be seen on our coasts. The Highland Hospice sunflower also appears on the fishing boat and on the kayak.
